RP Recall app for iPhone and iPad

Recall is a free mobile app for up to 3 users to provide fire department leadership with critical volunteer responder data during an incident response.

Add members of your department to your Recall roster. When paged/toned to an incident, hit the call button to initiate a recall process for all members of the roster. Our interactive voice response system will call each member of the team and determine using 100% voice controls if that responder is coming and how long until they arrive. This critical intelligence is then populated in the app interface within seconds.

Recall is timely intelligence. Department members will be aware of who is coming and exactly how long until they arrive at the station. No estimates for how long but rather the time that the individual said they would be there. There are critical points during a response when an officer or firefighters brain should be involved and we have done just that.

Recall is better. It better integrates into the response workflow. Period. We worked hard to develop a process that did not require individual responders to pause, fumble with a smartphone app initiate a phone call or send a text message. Recall is 100% voice activated using a mature, proven technology: interactive voice response. Similar technology that major commercial and public institutions use, responders simply answer two questions when our system automatically calls you during a response, "Are you responding?" and "How long until you arrive?" We handle the rest.

Recall is safer. We bring the solution to department responders on any phone and better integrate with an eyes-on-road ability to respond.
